Dr. Richard A. Guild, ED. D.                   RGuild@guildcounselinggroup.com 

Experience:  Dr. Richard A. Guild founded the Guild Counseling Group in 1983 and has been part of the group ever since.  In addition, Dr. Guild worked at Straight & Narrow, Inc., a New Jersey Drug Rehabilitation Center in Paterson, NJ from 1977-2002.  While at Straight and Narrow, Dr. Guild served in many positions. From 1977-1983 Dr. Guild was a Staff Psychologist and Supervisor of the Outpatient Clinic.  From 1984 to 1993 Dr. Guild served as the Director of Outpatient Treatment.  From 1993 to 2002 Dr. Guild was the Director of Treatment: Outpatient, Inpatient and Detoxification.  As the Director Dr. Guild was a member of the Executive Management Team; he developed and managed a $16 million budget, admissions,  Clinical Staff, and Community Living Staff throughout Inpatient and Outpatient operations.  Dr. Guild continues to be an active consultant for the Ridgewood School District, and was elected to the Board of Trustees of West Bergen Mental Healthcare in 2006.

Education/Certification:  Dr. Guild holds a License in Clinical Psychology and a Certificate of Proficiency, Substance abuse from the APA College of Professional Psychology.  Dr. Guild holds his Doctorate Degree and Masters Degree in Applied Social Psychology from New York University.  Dr. Guild earned his BA from Villanova University in Philosophy.

 

 

 

Kevin Feeley, MSW, LCSW                 KFeeley@guildcounselinggroup.com 

Experience: Kevin joined the Guild Counseling Group in 2000.  Kevin’s professional experiences contribute to his ability to serve a diverse client population.  In addition to his practice in our group, Kevin also serves the Ridgewood Public Schools as a full-time crisis intervention counselor.  From 2002 to 2006 he was a mental health clinician at University Behavioral HealthCare/UMDNJ, where he specialized in individual and family therapy for adults, adolescents and children.  He also worked extensively with persons affected by HIV/AIDS.  His career began at Straight and Narrow, Inc. in 1995.  Through 2002 he held many positions at this agency, including primary counselor, clinical supervisor, and director of a residential treatment program.

Education/Certification:  Kevin is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Kevin received his undergraduate degree in psychology from The College of the Holy Cross in 1995, and his Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 1999.  Kevin is also a Certified Clinical Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drug Social Worker through the National Association of Social Workers.  He also holds a Post-Master’s Certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice from New York University.

Experience:  Virginia has been part of the Guild Counseling Group since 2002. Virginia worked as a family therapist in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at Hackensack University Medical Center.  Prior to that Virginia was the director of The Northwest Regional Senior Activity Center located in Midland Park.  Virginia was also the director of tenant services at the Hillsdale House where she was the liaison with 100 residents, families and social service agencies. From 1968 to 1972 Virginia was the assistant to the Dean of Education at the Fordham University Graduate School.

Education/Certification:  Virginia holds a Masters Degree in Social Work, a Post Masters Advanced Certificate in Clinical Social Work from New York University, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  While earning her Masters in Social Work at New York University, Virginia held a 3.98 GPA and for her efforts received the 1998 NYU President’s Award for Academic Excellence and Community Service.  Virginia holds two undergraduate degrees, an associate’s degree in Arts and a BS in Gerontology. Virginia is a seasoned counselor who for over 20 years has worked with both people and family members in recovery.

 

 

Liliko Ogasawara, MA, LPC, LCADC                  LOgasawara@guildcounselinggroup.com 

Experience: Liliko has been part of the Guild Counseling Group since 2006.  As well as being part of the Guild Group, Liliko serves as the Director of Adolescent Treatment for Straight and Narrow, Inc., where she has held many positions over the past five years, including Director of Women’s Treatment, Deputy Director of Women’s Treatment, and Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Counselor.  Prior to joining the counseling profession, Liliko was a successful Judo competitor and coach.  After completing her career at San Jose State University, Liliko competed for the United States in the 1996 Olympic Games in Women’s Judo where she placed 7th.  Upon completing her competitive career Liliko taught the sport as an assistant coach of the San Jose State University team and as the assistant teacher of Kokushi Dojo.

Education/Certification: Liliko is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She received her BA from San Jose State University and her Masters Degree in Counseling and Human Services from Montclair State University.  Liliko has completed her training in Suicide Intervention Training and Practice.

 

 

Lydia K. Greco, MA, LCADC

Experience:  Lydia has been part of the Guild Counseling Group since 2006.  In adddition, Lydia serves as the Program Director-Adult Male Residential Treatment for Straight and Narrow, Inc., in Pterson.  Lydia has been with Straight and Narrow since 1998 where she has served as both an administrator and clinician. Her responsibilities have included working with adolescents and adults in both the outpatient and residential settings.  Lydia's availability is most evenings after 5 pm and Saturday.

Education/Certification:  Lydia is a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), holds a Substance Awareness Coordinator certification (SAC) and is currently a Licensed Professional Counselor candidate (LPC) in NJ.  Lydia earned her Masters Degree in Counseling from Montclair State University where she went on to earn a post Masters certificate in Advanced Counseling.  Lydia earned her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Felician College where she graduated with honors. 

 

 

 

 

Krishna Anderson, Ph. D. KAnderson@guildcounselinggroup.com 


Experience:  Dr. Anderson joined the Guild Counseling Group in 2008.  She brings extensive diagnostic and treatment experience acquired over the last decade.  She has worked both residential and outpatient programs with clients suffering from substance/alcohol disorders, concomitant with trauma issues, depression and anxiety.  Dr. Anderson also has experience working with adolescents, families and adults of various cultural backgrounds, as well as administrative roles.
